What we do: Loans from $30,000 to $500,000. We are a non-bank private finance company, established 1983 specializing in land and cabin loans, especially mountain property. Loan approvals are based heavily on how much cash is put down and the desirability of the property. We do our own appraisals, inspections, and underwriting.
Rates: 10.99%, no upfront fees, closing costs may be financed into the loan and run about 10% of the loan amount.
Area: From Colorado Springs on the east side, to Vail on the west side, Boulder on the north end, and Pueblo on the south end.
