In the course of our business we have also financed some investment properties, cabins, construction loans and other loans that banks can't do. We currently have a large inventory of properties that we either own or have financed. We are offering easy financing with little or no down on all properties listed on our "Properties for Sale" page. Any new loans must be with substantial down payments and short term only.
