Woodland Escrow & Financial was started in 1983 and has primarily financed land in our 25 years of business. In the course of our business we have also financed some investment properties, cabins, construction loans and other loans that banks can't do. We currently have a large inventory of properties that we either own or have financed. Until mid 2009, we are only financing our properties and not taking on any new loan customers.
